2003 okanagon trailer

So i just bought a used 2003 okanagan trailer 22ft. I noticed that the rubber roof is very flat and i have some water pooling around the front vent. Is this normal for this to happen on such a flat roof?

Is the unit setup level? I have pretty flat roof on my trailer but nothing pools on it. It runs to the eves pretty quickly.

Make sure all the caulking is good and a little pooling shouldn't be an issue. Just park it nose high when in storage so it all runs off.
