2003 Allison tranny went 15 feet?

Pulled truck out after sitting along time, battery dead too.
Went 15 feet and it was hard then stopped "D" is flashing???
Is it a electrical thing? Not enough batt power?

That's usually a bad neutral safety switch. Drivers side of trans. Obliviously check fluid levels, can you pull codes from the pcm?
