Threads like this are really great.

Up until someone comes on comparing a poorly tuned turbo to a n/a sled.


Anyway, carry on. It's good to hear so much positive. Others are definitely going to have to step it up.
Just curious, but has anyone came up with a steering post angle fix, or is doo saving that for next year??

Whats to fix? They work great. Or are your Burandt underwear just a little too tight and making you say silly things? :rolleyes:

Rode with two t3s sunday, they do work well. But they aren't magic.... that turbo must be a total dud... We compared 163 t3with a 174. The 174 did get on the snow a bit better and pulled a bit on the163 but honestly nothing that substantial. Mostlycause of it being a short hill. Anyhow they do seem to work. They tractor around pretty hard.

Just talked to a couple buddies who work at a dealer here, they rode Sicamous this weekend, with the TSS group, they were riding boosted and non boosted sleds , a couple brands. Both of them said the stock 174 Doo worked awesome , definetly shone for a N/A sled in the loose fluffy snow they were in , they are both quite experienced and were very impressed . Sounds like a winner so far. They commented on the snow, deep, bottomless, lotsa stucks.

i never really got to test out the full handling characteristics yet with the new front end because although we had alot of snow it had no base so evfery time you dipped a ski in you got this bad feeling lol. so we stuck to driving uphill fast with skis off the ground to minimize damage.

We need the meadow report, too. Check your sig, straight up climbs are only half your repertoire.
