I have been looking into changing the track on my sled for awhile now. I have been interested in the Camso X3 and Conquer 280. But with those tracks i will need to change out drivers and add an anti-stab and the cost doubles. Has anyone tried the 2.5" Challenger extreme? If so was it a worthwhile upgrade? Looking on Camso website the track is (9104M) 15" x 154" x 2.5". I believe i can tun this track with my stock drivers, Is there enough play in the tensioner to run this track in a 155" skid? I ride mostly around home (West of Edmonton) when we have snow but am planning to make more trips to the mountains this year.

That track will fit, i had it on my 14 pro. Great track and well worth the upgrade.

I have done this. Track will fit but if you want to make it even better get the Mtntk anti stab and change the drivers to avids. You can run the track way looser and it will never slip. Awesome setup. Hi see Chris at Parkland Motorsports he helped me do mine.

i have a 13 155 and a 13 163 both running the 2.5" challenger extreme. Both have avid drivers and slp anti stab and both work remarkably well. Drivers and anti stab are cheap, and the added security plus looser track tension are both positives in my mind. No need to go 7 tooth, stick with 8 and give it the anti stab and never think/worry about it again.

I ran a 13 pro 800 with the 9104m track. I added an slp blue pink primary spring and 65 gram slp mtx weights. It worked so good for me. Loved riding that sled.

i did it right out of the gate on my '13. Honestly wished i had gone to the 3". It worked well, but not enough of a difference from stock to make me think it was 100% worth it. Harder compound too, so would trench a bit more.
