Get the bolt started with the ski at an angle , once it's started I clamped it and used a tapered punch to get the hole lined up and drive the bolt through. Worked slick for me. I found out after guys were greasing there rubber to make it last longer but I'm not pulling out to put a little lube on it. See how long it lasts dry. Next time I will lube my rubber.

And already wrecked a set of the crappy fasteners just sitting in the garage. So I made my own. Can even do these up with gloves on. And cost $30 for all 4.

What are those straps off of? Some close up pics? I was just about to do this and since the dollar sucks @ss right now, the $90us sled solutions ones are out.

I got these at parkland polaris in Red Deer. Any sled shop should have these in there jobber sled parts book. I think these came from rec supply in sask. I can check for part numbers tonight.

Well finally got to ride my pro where it counts and it did not disappoint. It was even better than I was expecting. My new raptor springs kept this sled from being a wheelie machine on steep climbs and the front springs are firm but still give a great ride. Paul has the zbros rear shock and my raptor spring kit worked ever bit as good. Now for the good part , this turbo thing is pretty cool!! Hadn't spent a lot of time on a turbo or the pro chassis and I love this sled. Was set up to run 8 lbs and it ran flawless. Will get vid up as soon as I can.

Check out this video on YouTube:

Allen Creek Feb 2016 - YouTube

A little video from ripping up Allen Creek last weekend. Running 8 lbs boost. Was mixing 50/50 av gas and premium but going to back off to 25% av gas next trip. Seen 56 mph climbing speed in 2' fresh snow on a steep climb. Still getting used to riding this sled, the boost helps you get out of trouble but objects like trees come up quicker than I was used to with my M1000. My decision making skills need to improve for next trip!LOL.

Looks awesome! How much tuning or fiddling with the settings have you had to do once you had it in the mountains?

I have dalton adjustable weights just in case I needed to adjust rpm but haven't needed to touch them yet. And there's nothing to adjust as far as tuning with bully dog. This is one of the reasons I went with this kit is no fiddling just riding. It helps not being a Guinea pig , they have all the bugs worked out on the pro.

Sled ran amazing all winter. No broken quick drive belts , no blown belts, no broken driveshafts,no Pistons , no kinked tunnels, no electrical problems. So either I got lucky with a good sled, or next year I will be paying the price. lol. One of the best winters I've ever had. So thinking about some summer mods. Heard mtntk is working on a intercooler kit for the pro. So we will see. Ran so good it's hard to mess with it. But the intercooler should just make it better yet. We will see.

Hey, just wondering if u changed anything with the quick drive? go to a different gear ratio or anything? and did you put in a 7 tooth driver or did you drop and roll it?
