Frustrating day. Sled did not want to get up on the snow.
I found my left ski rubber has broke and the ski would flip vertical when carving on that side.
That might be why I trenched a lot, assuming the ski would tip back enough to slow me down.
Any thoughts on what else to look for?
Sled has been awesome up until yesterday.

I'm hoping since that's an extremely easy fix.
I hear the track rubbing somewhere as well. Last trip out I thought it was just a large build up of ice.

I hate when that happens. If you take a rope and tie it to your ski loop and then up to your a arm it allows you to ride almost like it's suppose to be.

a tarp strap/bungee cord can come in extremely handy in a case like this as well.

Fix the issues with the grippers before putting any new rubbers in. The back rib pushes back and needs to be heated up with a heat gun and pushed back into place. Normally the rib under the ski bolt pushes down as well.
