09 Summit X 163

A week ago i picked up a 09 summit x 163
So in my efforts to make sure its not a lemon im looking for advice on what i should inspect and do to make sure its ready for the when the snow flys


Also for aftermarket equipment i was wondering what some ppl deem manatory for the 09's?

if it were mine I would get a DJ clutch kit, do some venting and get a can, and that would be enough... The only way to know if it's a lemon is to ride it once it snows.:d

DJ kit is a must IMO, just got a set of rear drop brackets from Smitty speed works, and stiffer back springs. The rear spring's I'm not sure is a must on the 09's but it was in 08.
good venting, tear all the foam out from engine bay.
Then just the norm, pipe, can, head depends how far you want to go.
