08 XP Clutch Wanted

I am looking for a 08 XP clutch for my buddy. He found on his ride today that the cone is broken by one of the clicker bolts. He either needs a new cone or the whole clutch. Let me know what you have.

Will any Skidoo clutch fit on an 08 XP? I was told today that that was the case or atleast the Rev clutch would from 04-07. Does anyone know for sure?

All I know is that it needs to be a taper fit and not a spline fit. That might be a start for ya'....

Make sure it is a TRA7, as the TRA3 or TRA5 that were in the REV and RT sleds aren't as beefy as the 7.....

I have a stock clutch from my etec with clickers in them and only 800 km's on it if you are interested pm me

Many people have used a TRA 3 on xp sleds, so if you can find one you can use it, just make sure to calibrate it for your sled. The TRA 5 on the RT I THINK will work but you have to use the guts from your TRA 7 (arms, ramps, etc). A good info source for TRA interchangeability is mxzrevzone. It is Dynamo Joes website, and anybody who has done lots of skidoo clutching knows that he knows TRA's. Good luck
