Mine is doing the same with the MCX setup. at 10lbs starts to bog and sputter. Fuel Pump seems to be a bit louder when at an Idle from what i remember, going to check FP and pull regulator apart, if not maybe need new controller too

My fuel pump was loud and raspy when you would turn it on too. Yesterday I installed a new controller and the fuel pump is sounding smooth and I went for a rip around the yard and it's running perfectly

I had the same thing happen. Would only build 10ibs, and sputter bad and fuel/air was at 15 most of the time its at 12.5 on the gauge. Changed out fuel filter and plugs. Running smooth in the garage.

checked all the lines , pulled apart regulator and checked orings, changed plugs, gapped to 0.28. Next going to put some pressure to the mcx box and see if the external injectors are cycling and recheck FP. That dont work look like putting in corner for summer and putting on Boost-It in november. Was hoping for one last ride
Missing the carburated sleds

I changed plugs and fuel filter and went and tried and it was worse. So tried replacing fuel relay and running a lot better ( Thanks Golden Yamaha )

put 5 lbs to the box, sled started to get some extra fuel at idle. 10lbs and almost wants to quit, can smell the extra fuel. No snow to trial anymore so putting in corner till fall. Everything checks out so will replace the simple things come november, will buy new relays, fuel pump, and filter. Maybe try that sea soap or watchamacallit lol. Then going to install the oft steering relocation, put shorter riser and throttle cable on, steering bushings and hope for more than the 200km I logged on it this season.
Not sure if its the old age or the young family but sleds not going to wear out, maybe rot out.

Finally got a chance to look into it more after 8 months of thinking about it and swapped out secondary fuel filter and runs like a top now. Broke the fuel filter apart and couldnt believe the garbage?? WTF I'm pretty fussy with my fuel and tank filter should be stopping majority the garbage one would think.

My mcx kit has a larger micron filter in the tank on the end of the stinger, and I put this one in line just before the fuel pump over my battery.

Ok, thanks.
Im running the Trask/Alpine rear mount turbo. Not sure if they use the extra filters.
I'll have to look.
