What was done to date:
- Remove factory tunnel, keeping front piece and serial number
- Parts: CR Racing 162 Tunnel with polished M10 Brackets and back bumper
Fast M10 suspention with jack
Camoplast Extreme 162 x 16 x 2.5 track
Avid drivers
Mountain Mod Seat
Trailtech Gas tank
- Polished then anodized tunnel black
- Polished M10 Brackets
- Anodized Rails and some parts of suspention
- Modify front bulkhead so the bolts are counter sunk so track will fit
- Install tunnel and M10 brackets
- Install drivers, track then suspension
- Adjustments.
- Shine it up...:d

Ron stopped by the Hood tonight to show off the beast and it looks Sweet. That is going to look good in the Snow and Mud booth at the Snow Shows this year. Very nice polished anodized black offset with Chrome highlights.. Well on your way Ron to a nice machine. You know what Albert says. " If you can`t make it climb just make it shine" Thanks Lost Pretty sure that thing is going to doo both

The first part of the project was done by Specialty Sleds in Edmonton. Thanks Eric, Ken and Glen for all your hard work to get this completed. That was the tunnel, suspension and the track. Now the second part of the project is the Turbo install. That will start with the head shim and motor adjustments then the install of the turbo. The turbo I chose is the Powerlights Stage 2 turbo. This will be installed by Dean at Madd Motorsports. Then for the front end Im looking into the shocks right now, I will probably go with Olins but there is another ARS FX front shocks. The ski's I may go to simmons but are not sure which ones. The hood and panels I will get painted black. The handlebars I may but the adjustable ones on, Im just researching the products. Im taking it one step at a time as its starting to add up $$. I have not found the front end that Im happy with yet, as I seen the current aftermarket ones with some bending issues. I can change those mid season. I would like to chrome them though. I am looking for a better front bumper as well. There is really nothing around here so I will have to research online. I want this sled all completed for the Edmonton Sled and Atv Show.
