07 summit 800r factory carb setting

Hay wondering if any one could help me out bought a summit 800r and had a full exhaust so I took it off and put a stock pipe and a sno stuff can on it and hasn't ran good when over half throttle sence wondering what the air screw and needle jet should be set to. Thanks

My 07' XRS had 470 mains, 17.5 pilots, 1.5 turns out on the screw and middle clip on the needle for 3000' feet and up in elevation.
