Yes me too. So far I have dyno jet jet kit , dalton clutch kit, I have not ridden it since the clutch but I noticed an improvement with the jet kit, especially here in calgary at 3000'.I will let you know after a good ride with the new clutch

what about just doing the muffler mods i've read about.swiss cheese
There is also airdam to get your primary re-machined $100 plus shipping
dalton or epi aftermarket clutch kit $120-$200
K&N filter $45
snorkels $$$$?????(to increase air flow and keep h20 out lol)

Be careful ordering your dyno-jet jet kit as any dealer who is buying from parts canada has the wrong part# you need a Q621 for the 500 auto and ac is selling the Q626 for an 05-07 650 v-2.

Did he cut the end off the muffler, put on 2" pipe, remove spark arrestor and just drill the baffles? Then weld all back together?

cut end off made a cone, w a 2' oulet, removed most of the baffling, welded cone back on. Ur better off buyin a exhaust thats already tuned and set up for ur bike. Unless u wanna waste time and be disappointed after.IMO

Is there a performance exhaust out there that will keep the decibels close to stock? I hate having to hold my ears when a sport quad with performance exhaust drives buy lol
