ok so my slidin sheave bushings gone... got 500.00 worth of parts.. new rollers, sheave, spring cup ect....
is there anywhere u need to lube up before i put it back together?

no man, all dry assy!, just make sure all your match marks line up! and cotter pins are facing the right way

i'd say a thick slab of axle grease inside of the cup and in the sheeves should work fine. makes everything slide real easy. yes big friggin gobs. i'd let you see mine but i have secrets.

TRA ARE A DRY CLUTCH NO LUBE ANYWHERE.

this will just make the dust stick to the grease and deteriorate your clutch 50x as fast

Have FUN with the center bushing on sliding sheave.......and should Loctite the sheave bushing in place as well as weights(spring pins)

had to replace the slide sheave asmb.... so it comes with a new one in it... ya other wise looks hard to press in tho...

ya its kinda a pain in the azz, was able to do it on mine, but we had a bushing driver set, still wasn't fun though.
