If you are riding from Elk ridge and looking for less tracked out snow I would recommend heading north as all the traffic from Christopher, Emma and Anglin chew up everything south of there.
Went out for a quick ride on Saturday up at Emma and there was enough to ride, but had to take it easy in the ditches as there still needs to be more snow to cover up everything. Went by a couple guys fishing on the lake and they said that there was 8 inches of ice already around the outside...
I am heading out to that area for Christmas this year and have never been, just wondering if it is worth bring the sled to go for a rip or not???
Any info would be great.
I have this app on my Iphone and it works almost like Black Berry Messenger, it is better than texting and you are able to send pictures and sound clips as well
Mary's Motel has always been good to us, it's not a five star place but it's nice with good rates and nice big courtyard style parking lot to keep an eye on your rig.
We rode Hope on Friday and it was great once we got in, and got really far back. But not very much new snow. The trail was really rough. I would wait till there is a snowfall to go in.
