The Golden Rim is were i like to stay.

The only complains I've heard about the Golden Rim is beds.but most times has full house.
sportsman isen't to bad either.

We stay at the Golden rim, has a pool with a slide, hot tub and sauna.

I stay at the Golden rim Inn. They give sledder discounts, have a great restaurant and pub, the waterslide, hot tub and sauna are great.
Also, we arrived there late on Newyears day, there was little to no parking left and I was a tad concerned about leaving our new xp's parked that close to the street in the open. The guy at the front desk just told me to park under the canopy infront of his office, now that was going above and beyond.
Great place.

I have to plug Mary's Motel. We always stay there, great. Big hot tub and they don't give you any grief having a pop or two in the tub. They helped us out a tonne last year when we had bad accident at silent too. They are great people and treat you good.

We first stayed at Travelodge- Big mistake as we pulled in and we were the only vehicle in parking lot- must have been because there was no bloody HEAT in the room. Will not return.

After that we went to the Ponderosa- another mistake - poor customer service as we were blocked in and when we asked front desk to contact people to move vehicles so we could head out we were shunned upon and had to wait for the people to get out of bed. Will not return.

Golden Rim- Very courteous and athough older rooms the hospitality and resteraunt/lounge make up for any shortcommings- Will stay there again.

Prestige- \Newer accommadations with cumfy beds but a little more jingle per night.- Will stay there again.

When staying in Golden The Rondo is budget priced, has a great hot tub ' and is just a quick walk to Goldens Top eateries.The Island,Apistoles,The DogtoothGrill, Golden Taps, and many other restaurants and nite-life are all just a short walk from your room. Tell Toby Ken sent you .

Park Place Inn had a sledder deal on a little while ago - $50 night.

Have stayed in a few places, mainly stay at Rim, stayed at Sportsman recently and it was pretty good....except for the 300 U of A students staying there with us....

Well, as we are triple parked and unloading the truck and a group of guys in swimtrunks walks by, followed by a group of girls in suits, and then you hear someone yell at the top of their lungs, from the second floor balcony.... "WHO WANTS TO PAAARRRRRTTTTTYYYY???!!!!!!!" and you look over and see 50 people dressed up like 70's porno stars in Vegas - You know its going to be a good time!

The best place and cheapest in Golden is the Park Inn.The sledder rate is $57.50 including taxes.The number there is 1-877-735-5475.There is a huge hottub,sauna.There is also the Fire Pit restaurant and lounge.The managers are awesome if something happens to your sled while you're out Tom at the hotel will help you with that as he is a sledder also.

The Park Inn rules! The manager was out in the parking lot helping us replace the recoil a few weeks back... loaned us the TORX bits etc and helped us find a replacement part in Golden too, (had an afterhours phone number for GSR) etc. At $50/night for sledders, best place I'd say!
