Just wondering if anyone knows how the snow conditions are around Elk Ridge

I have a cabin there, seems to be a pretty hot spot gets ridden out quick. Does not help that the candle groomer went through the ice again! There are always areas if you are willing to explore

If you are riding from Elk ridge and looking for less tracked out snow I would recommend heading north as all the traffic from Christopher, Emma and Anglin chew up everything south of there.

Heading to Elk Ridge on the weekend of Feb 20th.. Is there any snow around there? Is it worth bringing the sleds?

I was there last week, hard packed and no new snow.

was up there feb 3-6 hard packed snow but enough to get a ride. trails were groomed and in not bad shape.

Sounds like Candle Lake this weekend: there is snow, and the trails are beautifully groomed, but the snow is all old.
