I've never ridden Grande Cache. Any information about trails and passess would be appreciated....i.e. Maps, where to stay, difficulty etc.... I've searched for a Grande Cache sled club but no info so far.... Thank you,
I just bought the thing cooker, I understand they get super hot and a risk of melting the oil reservior.... can anybody confirm. is there a recommended fix? Pipe wrap? or heat tape on the plastic components near the 'thing'

I've only ridden Boulder in Revy... group of four moderately agressive, looking for something new. We like a bit of evrything, trees, meadows, climbs.... We've heard Eagle pass between Revy and Sicamous is decent and a larger riding area than boulder... how's the trail getting in?

Does anyone have any riding area maps for Blue River? We're first timers for Blue River, a group of four staying at the Blue Jewel cabin....i understand we can ride right from town, but how's the area that you access from town....? Is there riding areas that we need to trailer to?

When we started going to Renshaw, I bought a Topographical map from "maptown" in Calgary. It's o.k., but no landmarks are identified. We use our own gps and plot our waypoints. It would be real nice if there were some waypoints published for the Renshaw and given actual names.
