    ya its kinda a pain in the azz, was able to do it on mine, but we had a bushing driver set, still wasn't fun though.

    Ah ferry head bolt is what that bad boy would be called... You can once and awhile get away with six point but not with any sort of torque

    did you hold the clutch from turning the crankshaft while trying to loosen/tighten said bolt? I'm not familiar with cats, but.... allen head socket, torx socket??

    Larry, my plugs were grey on my sled, excessive water that went into mine. Dark grey, kinda like aluminum mixed with oil color? I get my premium at co-op north end, they go through alot, also petro can south end uses quite a bit, thats where i used to buy all the gas for the bike untill co-op...

    Anyone still running the plastic belt shield? I am thinking of putting mine back on.

    I've had mine on always, no problems with belt life yet, over 400 miles on the only belt I've put on it, had zero clutch issues since i rebuilt clutch after I bought sled.

    ya, it took in a little more snow through the air box then I thought, messed it up pretty good. thought it was going to be only one piston, but both were scuffed, and PTO side nikasil flaked off. I talked to Dan, he's out of all parts at the moment, Thanks tho friggin 07:d
