You need to think outside the box. Just put an older sled in the back and park it somewhere in whitecourt. Your issues should be gone in the morning. Lol
Just put a set of duracraps on the gmc half ton. Strictly winter tires are the way to go but if you work for a company that will only let you have one set and limited options (fountain tire) I choose the duratracks
As they are studdable. Took off the bf k02 which are an ok tire but are sketchy...
Did anyone see a blizzard they kept talking about. That’s an hour of my life I will never get back. Skidoo commercial ...lol. I feel like selling my skidoo now.
I sold a 2007 dragon 700 a few years back with 10,000 km. Top end was done at 4500km. The only oil it ever saw was Ves gold so I’m thinking it can’t be that bad. I have always been a firm believer in using what a machine calls for but that’s just me. Maybe I have just been lucky.
Love the sled. Hate the skis. They dart like a mutha F. Replaced with Mohawks and these skis work well. No darting and they float way better. Only down side is they are pricey but I have used them on my last two summits. So one more and it will be worth it.
Well I figured it out after a few attempts, a little swearing and some cut knuckles.
To make it fit properly I went with a yuasa battery only smaller dimensions. 15 X
8.7 x 14.5 it’s 240 vs 300cca. Should be enough and if not I guess I will use the new rope.
I just installed a c3 belt drive on a 2016 t3 that has an electric start and even with the battery on its side it seems to rub in a couple of places and a piece will have to be cut out of plastic for clearance which I would rather not do.
The factory battery has 310 CCA. Not necessarily...
If it’s for a shop or garage I would recommend Hyperikon. As I get older I find I need more lighting to see.
These replace the fluorescents I use to have. They are easily twice as bright and use half the energy. I think they are rated for 50,000 hrs. You can get the ones that don’t require...
Drew562 is absolutely right about not mentioning the trade in until last.
Dealerships also usually make more on the trade in than the new vehicle your buying.
It also pays to shop around. When we traded the wife’s Jeep in we were offered $7000 at the dodge dealership and literally...
Doorfx. I haven’t used the 181 as that was a little to early for me but have used a ported 288xp which might have been its replacement and yes they chomp through the wood pretty good.
I have worked with husky saws for about 30 years either hand falling or hazardous tree removal. I have literally used every husky saw except the 3120 XP. I have also used a few stihls. I always found the husky a little lighter with less vibration in the same cc than the stihl and working side by...
I have to agree with 007. We were using these on all of our work trucks and had nothing but issues. I literally had three impact flats on three out of the four tires in one week. ( on gravel roads ) Also had them on my diesel and the front tires both separated on the sides. ( extra weight ? )...
