Big-Red.... that was my story as well. My legs get wet from the knees down. Yes they are older pants but in great condition. I don't even have snags. Its just a rub line or something from a tree branch on 1 knee & they tell me it lets all the water in on both legs. No warranty!!
Only good...
Don't have a problem with the Ford at all. For my 1-2 trips a yr I can deal with the fuel it uses.
Just looking to find some new areas to ride. Last 10 yrs to Vale or McBride & its time for a change.
WOW.... those prices are up there.
We like to ride but cant afford those rates. More looking for a hotel with kitchenette or attached restaurant, no rentals needed. Just a guide for the first day on a couple different hills.
Or any locals that like to take a group of older riders around.
Bill.... You & Sherm ever take groups to show them around? 4-5 of us from Cold Lake like to come down Feb2-6 and ride the areas. You be up to show us? Or know anyone I can contact?
I wish it was that good. Had pair of pants that let water in from the knees down. Sent in pics, mailed in my pants & they found a small scuff on one knee & said pants aren't covered.
Its the material is worn out from rubbing on tunnel & side of seat that caused leakage. But no warranty...
Would it be possible the belt is also sucked down? You say sled wouldn't stop & you hammered brakes on & hit kill switch.
Most likely a throttle issue since you had to kill it when loading onto deck.
