so how would this deck compare to a brand new x deck truck deck? not trying to insite anything, just curious of the durability aspect ect. I don't remeber the exact price but i thought it was around $2500.
we visited valemount at the end of last week, i figured that the place would be hoppin, it being the may long weekend and all. But aside from what seemed to be a pretty strong showing from the DPFN i saw maybe 3 other groups riding around. is spring riding not as popular as i thought or was...
Curtis, in the last pic with the chute in the middle, (around danger basin if i'm not mistaken?) was that you guys who climbed that? we had lunch over there and pondered running those lines again, but found it just a little to icy up the hill.
our group will be riding valemount this friday/saturday. i think were heading up clemina the first day, we'll see for the second.
is there room to turn around a 2 place trailer up there? or do we have to unhook and do the 30 point turn with the truck?
i second that. just recieved my stickers, the wife said i could only put the ones depicting women in various positions on the tool box though.:)
i like that "high tech redneck" one. kinda suits me
i've got a 2010 2500 hemi. i haul and enclosed trailer for work. yes it likes fuel. getting 383 hp and 400ft/lb of torque out of a gas will do that. but you know what? when you want some power, all you need to do is put your foot down. i do the yearly trips to the mountains with a 26 ft enclosed...
that puts into perspective real quick how fast things can go to hell on icy roads. i witnessed something akin to this once, but it was a split second faster and the out of controll vehicle just got nicked on the back end, still scared the crap out of me.
i financed my 06 summit in 06. this was a terrible idea for me at that time but hey, i really wanted it and they were willing to give it me, with 0 down even! granted i paid it off in 2.5 years, but holy sh!t did i pay through the nose for that sled.
based on that experience alone i...
i put 265/70 17 load e kelly tsr's on my 2500 dodge, love em so far. extremely quiet for an agressive tire and they perform good so far, haven't had them in any mud though. paid 1150 installed
if you feel like travelling to barrhead, which isn't really on the way i guess, there's 2 mechanics i would highly recommend.
Deruiter Automotive and reliance automotive. both are are on hwy 18 through town.
i've used both. Neither will waste your money like some places seem to by replacing in...
it wasn't just the dpm itself, some lines were being pinched somewheres and he had to tear it apart to find that out. its been in for this problem before in local dealers and they didn't figure that out apparently. but as was stated before, most of us would gladly pay a few extra dollars- even...
man, i guess me and my group must have caught that fellow at h2o on a good day last year. had to tow a rev down and rebuild the mag side of the top end. that guy had almost all the stuff we needed, except a caged bearing and was actually pretty helpfull.
i missed the trip this year but the...
i'm in the same boat with track length dilema. i ride a 151x16 now, but i've been told my ridng style (jumping- dropping)would not be condusive to a much longer track. i would still love to rock a 163 tho for those deep days and steep lines. (those do seem far and few between for me these...
