I couldn't care less if it becomes law to wear a helmet, I wear one. However I don't agree that it should be law. Why should the government protect those that don't? Apparently they have nothing to protect...

That is the R.I.V. inspection. Out of province is a totally different inspection. Canadian tire cannot do a Motorcycle Out of Province (or at least that is what they told me)
I would be calling the local shops around. Only certian people can do OP inspections. Here in Lethbridge only the Honda shop had a guy certified to do it out of 5 major shops.

First thing to do is find a different dealership. Second thing is to remember that this time of the year, everyone wants thier bikes fixed now. Worst part about seasonal toys is when they break down you loose precious time to use them.
