If you don't think Bert will help the Flames, you might want to reconsider. This is one of the best power forwards in the NHL

Bert is a force; I was choked when the Wings let him go. Iggy is gonna love having a big guy like Bert creating some space on the PP.

Ok.....needed to share this

"The Oilers are the only team in the Northwest Division that took a discernable step forward in the off-season. They upgraded their blueline, bringing in Lubomir Vishnovsky to replace Joni Pitkanen. They also improved themselves at forward, acquiring robust winger Erik Cole to replace the inconsistent Raffi Torres.

Several returning players figure to improve upon their performance last season, including defencemen Sheldon Souray, Tom Gilbert and Ladislav Smid, along with forwards Shawn Horcoff, Ales Hemsky, Sam Gagner, Dustin Penner, Robert Nilsson and Kyle Brodziak."

I'm sorry.....what did the flames do this off season.....OH YEAH....Big Bert! Definately going to help their chances.:p Good luck with that!

The oilers have to get a new star.... they need to name another road. Oh wait, there are a pile of players in NYR jerseys they can pick from still!!!!
