All I'm saying is my clutch was on so tight that over 250FtLbs on the puller would not pop it, in fact it bent the puller. Water trick had to be used. When I torque my clutches to spec, they pop off nice with the puller like they are supposed to. And the clutch was pulled off the next day...
And I know when a damn clutch is impacted on. You really think the lowly warranty tech is the one that works on Tylers racing rigs??? Now that's a funny one.
LOL, after 40 solid years of me riding Doo, I ate a dumptruck of crow last year.... LOL But, still happy with my choice. The 800 \Poo could use a couple more ponies, but then, I'm used to the BB 860
Not bashing, but last time my sled was at Backus, the clutch was on so tight, I bent the good puller trying to remove it. Had over 250FtLbs trying to get her to pop. SHe pops for me with never a fuss, except when it comes back from them. I put on to 75FtLbs personally. I'm sure they just...

Looks so much nicer tho.
oh and they will work great with DOO scratchers. Just came from CKMP who graciously let me test them beside the stocks on a turbo.
Re: Mysterious 850 rubber mount?
What is? My other post asking there too? Anyways ya it was at the fuel lines. Buddy tells me after reading this that he took his tank off a month ago.......
I assure you there is plenty of spring pressure and they are hooked on well. Also note, they are not sprung inward near like they are when putting over the rails. There is far less outward spring force. Also your scratcher bar does not get bent over time like it does when hooked over the rail
It is a stupid easy way for sure. I've done may time. and still can truthfully, but cant take the deep bends most can. I rode MX to hard in my youth I guess LOL
Well Doug, not to Derail your non derail/ I ALSO know many Doo people who have broke the chinsy plastic holder. Mine won't break by your boot tip... And thats a guarantee!!
