It is relocation of the jackshaft and driveshaft lower and further back to allow the use of larger drivers or taller track, one of the biggest benefits is that it reduces the track attack angle and improved effeciency of the larger drivers

How thick is thick?? When I butcher hogs I slice the bacon almost 1/4", that way when making a sandwich you only have to stack it 2 layers high instead of 3 or 4...:beer::beer:
I like the stronger part but all one piece i am not so sure about, bend or break it and you are into some major work for replacing it, hopefully the a arms are the weak spot now
there are 2 "short cuts" to the back side that i know of, the first is in the 2 nd bowl behind the cabin, the second one is all the way back along the sidehill to the saddle...this is the one with the cornice
