I really like my wildcat sport. It is a very reliable machine with lots of power for its size.
The girlfriend has same model as mine but with different shock package. And both have been great.
Got a really good deal on a new old stock models.
Was cheaper to buy new then some of the used...
We had that on our first ride out as well.
Was advised by Arctic Cat to tighten track.
Checked track and was super loose.
Tightened to normal specs and haven’t seen it happen again yet.
Rode chappel today.
Poor vis for most of the day.
Snowing hard.
Snowed an extra foot at least during 4hrs late morn/afternoon
Lots of holes are filled but we still managed to find some remaining ones.
Trail up was a single track highway.
Groomer headed up as we came down in the dark...
This package here is the whole she bang.
Only other thing I would get is grip mitts. For cold days. They look goofy but they work great. Even just for the trail in & out.
Fuel mileage wise diesel will always win. But at times it has been 30c per liter more and vehicle costs $10k more in the used market. So would take a really long time to make up that difference in my opinion.
Plus added expenses for maintenance.
I love diesel when it works. Good mileage...
I have the 5.7 in my 2500. Crew cab long box.
I’m quite sure mine has 3.73 gears which works great for highway or driving to work.
Avg. 14-16L/100km. Empty
Hauling the 4place enclosed is 28L/100km.
I wish mine had 4.10 gears for towing.
I had been curious of the 6.4L myself.
Mine...
The alpha in our group showed little to no slow on the monorail. All day. No build up.
I was very impressed.
My ‘15 rmk was heavily loaded up. The cross bars and my rear shock was one
At least 30lbs extra.
To me it looks like the track clips just need to be a bit more rounded to prevent the scraping. That way the rounded edges rub and don’t cut/scrape per se.
Where is the tps sensor. Just for reference. I’ve never worked on a cat before.
Saw about 5-6 alphas at chappel
Today. 1 was in our group. His ran great and offered some test drives to some lucky peeps.
1 had an unknown electrical issue. Would start then after trying to move would just die.
3 others had a small issue with the middle track clips peeling away some...

First time at chappel. Had a good day.
Buddy’s alpha ran great.
Lots of helpful people around to point us in the right direction to learn the zone.
Snuck a pic of tpows group with a little stuck near the peak of the summit.
