NAPA number AR201 for a 04 rev 800 probaly the same for yours. Just take yours in with you to confirm you get the right one. Yes it is the relay on the l/s, probaly zip tied to the brace. Mine was zip tied to the throttle cable.
What I would do is, test ride them all. Pick the sled that feels the most comfortable to ride. Next, try to find a dealer who's going to stand behind you after you've bought. To do this, listen to the peeps. Everybody has their favorite place to deal, but you'll find some dealers are better than...
Check your wiring and plugs coming from your dimmer switch. I have seen the terminals come out of the plug, especailly at the steering post. You've already replaced your relay, so I would think it could be your voltage regulator. Just my thoughts. Good luck and have a good time:beer:
