I actually ended up goin witht the WRP Mountain Assault as well.
I paid right around 500 as well from altitude performance in calgary. Had a bit of trouble with the seat being a bit late because of manufacturing time but Dave at API was great to deal with and i would definatly buy from him again.
My old Ltr was kinda a POS
Replaced a cylinder and piston after owning for a couple weeks $1000
Two months ago i locked up a cam and came out of time and hit the valves on the piston wrecked the entire topend $3000 damage
Two motors in under a year
Needless to say the POS is still in pieces in...
yes it does look kinda like an old style CMX hood
but the rear skid doesnt look like the M10 they use
My dad actually owns a CMX with a Diamond s titanium chassis
Same old wedge owned it since i was 13
1998 chassis droped and rolled, extro drivers, 151 camo, lightweight trailing arms, lightweight hood, Edge tank, WRP seat, Specialty Sleds rear bumper, Simmons skis

Ya ill be probly the only one on a black LTR so I wont be hard to spot. And u will hear it comin too.
Theres a chance a friend of mine might back out so might have an open spot on my trailer.
Just got DID x-ring and it should outlast an o-ring and it bends and moves as easy as my bros non o-ring Renthal, very impressed
Was not really impressed with the DID oring i put on my last quad it was really stiff compared to the non o-ring
Timeu Winter Forestry road is pretty good if ur into mud riding and vega's my personal favorite but thats because i ride a sports quad
Theres a mix of sand hills and also some pretty good mud and awsome trail riding at vega
I will be in vega on saturday with a couple friends
