I talked with joe on the phone today(still waiting for a call/email back from roosterbuilt). Also figured out what primary spring is in the roosterbuilt kit, brp YELLOW. joe also suggested putting the stock can on saying the can could be an issue as the etec is pretty temperamental to back...

All that stuff is in the garbage bin. I dont think its a power issue, the sled runs great but when you can watch the tach on a long climb its at 7600 no question. Track and belt tension has been checked and is correct. I dont think its weird at all... They both taylor the kit to each order...

Agreed, I just dont know enough about clutches if I step up in primary spring rate, where I have to go with my pin weights, From what I can gather I wont be able to knock enough pin weight off to get the desired RPM Im shooting for?

my friend races sxs's and the locking diff is a nightmare. For his maverick he has a company in the US building a diff that is always open with a manual lever to lock it. Sounds like you have a plan forward post above though!

Springs came with the roosterbuilt kit. 441 ramps pin kit top gear primary spring secondary spring helix Installed as per the kit and just never RPM'd much. My first year with the clutch kit I spent more time worrying about not getting stuck as it was my first focused year on mountain riding...

2 years, 10 mountain rides. It never RPM'd since the kit was installed, just always lived with it to be honest.

441 ramps. Same issue as you. It just wont RPM.

Does anyone have some kicking around for doo clutches(xm/xp style primary)... I have all of the tools in a handy carry case that gets lent out... Well it never came back with the button holders. Looking to get my local laser shop to cut me some replacements and would like some measurements...
