Fastest way to warm em up is put it on maybe med heat and recirc. Technically the thermostat is keeping any fluid from flowing thru rad so blocking it off won't help much. There might be tiny bypass amount that goes to rad, that's it. The amount of heat loss through the block into the ambient...
Just a quicky on the quick belt... I was riding last weekend with Randy from Whitecap Rec in Slave Lake he has a hot turboed pro 155 that I watched him wail on for two days hard and he never had an issue.
Shaft fine and belt fine. That thing went like a raped ape by the way holy crap...

By the way the ride in McBride went stellar! That XM was an absolute riot to ride, I thought the quietness of it would annoy me but turns out I really enjoyed just tractor ing around in the trees super quiet half throttle almost everywhere.
There was chest deep powder all over the place and...
River road into renshaw pretty bumpy, skiff of new cloudy hard visability today all blue trail up from road really bad once in alpine pretty tracked up but we managed to find fresh in different tree areas and had a great day. Watch open creeks still but there is a lot of snow up here already... ;)

Ill double check track tension this morning but I've ridden sleds a fair bit in my life I don't think it's that I'm gonna ride my sled to work this morning and see if I feel it again.
Hey guys took my 154 x for a little rip today about 20 kms and every once and awhile I can feel a sorta clunky feeling not a noise but feel it in the running boards almost like a lug clunking or rub I don't know hard to tell but I looked over the machine when back in garage and nothing loose any...
