I'd say that, yeah. it got too hot. Leaned out. like you said perhaps an injector fault. I wouldn't think the Boost it / ecm would throw a code unless it would have been detonation. Detonation would have caused rod problems i am inclined to think. Not overheating in the cylinders. How are the plugs?
Could be the stator running the two pumps, headlights, tails lights, etc. i deleted all my lights and installed a bunch of LEDS. No stator trouble thus far.
ever have any of your side mount xm's "stutter/stumble" at high rpm? Currently having this problem. Will be checking reeds and fuel pressure next week.
146 is definitely too small- 154 2.5 was too small too for me ( 210 w/o gear ) 153 3" might be fun, but i'm doing 163 2.5 this year. Might go 3" if its not feasible.
I had them tune mine, but it didn't really do much. Installing a snorkel was the best mod that i did. This year i'll be changing gearing, to try and get rid of some of the bog. Tuning at elevation vs sea level is too completely different things.

Anything custom i would watch out. I've heard some crazy stories about modified vehicles, have to be un modified, inspected, then re-modded if the owner chooses to do so. That may have been worth it when the dollar was closer to par, but definitely not now.
