CJ's/Full Power blew a clutch up on their turbo test sled. Grenaded the clutch and bent the crank. Parts flying everywhere. They are saying the clutch will be able to hold up to the power. Going to need a Forged clutch. This was at 205 HP. If you are waiting for a turbo kit from these guys...
Pending Riding buddies not backing out, we will hopefully be riding Blue on Friday, Sat, Sun. Keep the snow coming. Only been there once so hopefully we can get around.
I will have to hook a wideband up to a stock sled an see what the A/F is like. I am guessing the headshim has a little to do with the Rich condition a little as well. The stock sleds run better at idle than one with a headshim.
I removed 10% fuel at idle to get to 13.5-14 to 1 ratio at idle...
The only reason it doesnt have a hole in it is we had to change it alittle from what Yamaha did just to be safe. A hole saw take care of the no hole pretty fast.
The M10 is not much lighter than stock. That is why it seems high because all the others weighing their sleds have the timbersled which is 38lbs less than the stock suspension.
That thing is CRAZY RON!!
Some 1000 summits/mach z had problems with the Y-pipe collapsing. The inner layer of metal would collapse into the exhaust path causing a restriction. See this on Dootalk I think.
