So after putting some more thought into this, and reading everyone’s feedback, I’m still on the fence. On one hand Doo may have a abundance of snowcheck’s that people back out of. If Corona continues and they can’t produce the sled they may not, but at that point a guy has to question whether...
Yeah I fully understand how the new doo turbo works and the power generated vs aftermarket. What brought me to the doo is the theoretical factory reliability and not having to install anything myself. I’m not interested in wrenching on the side of the hill, would rather ride. I also don’t have a...
Hi All,
Looking for everyone’s thoughts and opinions on the above subject. Currently have a 2017 Axys 174. Before COVID I was going to snow check a new turbo doo. With the virus outbreak I decided to hold off until the dust clears a bit. Spending $23k on a new sled seems a bit removed from...
I’ve got a number and when the Dow hits it it is go time. Just figuring out what percentages I want to put where. We got a ways yet to go before we see the bottom. Just my two cents.
Yeah reading about the turbo sleds and it seems 2.8’ is the money ticket. I guess a guy could swap out either track. I’d rather just get it right right off the bat. Really wish I could have tried one of these out this year as I think the 155 could be the funnest option of them all.... Especially...
Looking online you can build a 155 with the turbo. 2.6 or 3 inch paddle track options. Anybody given either of these sleds some thought? I’m thinking it could be a really fun sled and with the extra power I don’t see the shorter track limiting a guy too much.
Side note: I’ve got a Polaris Axys...
Sleds ran outta gas two days straight now. Rode over the bars both days. Has been a great trip. Tomorrow will be good to with where we’re planning to go.
Dug a avy pit today and conditions are trending downwards. There was surface hoar everywhere yesterday. The snow on top of it was starting...
I run the Ski-Doo scratchers on my axys 174’. Had similar problems with these and especially the stock scratchers. Doo scratchers have lasted and work great. You need to drill one hole on each side and they fit in no problem. Throw tons of snow, no problem with overheating, keep the sled nice...
I’m surprised nobody has claimed this key yet. For sure I thought at least one guy would be on this forum.
For our group the guys with Doo’s all have spare keys... and they had them programmed so they are all on the same setting. Aka any one of our groups keys will work on their sleds. You...
We met a group yesterday on the trail going into salmon. They were towing a sled out because someone lost a key. Said they were searching for it for two hours. We found the key today on our way up the trail. Ski doo 850. If it was you we met we would love to give you your key back.

Yeah the spring sure came fast this year. There is 3 of us going so my deck is out this weekend with this unfortunately. If we gotta go somewhere else that’s fine.
Just looking for input as I’m not as familiar in Sicamous as Revy.
How is was the snow?
Thinking of riding blue lake Saturday. Anybody know if there is a turnaround up there? Taking a trailer. Are tire chains needed or good studded winters? If anyone knows the road better then we do please let us know. We will ride Revy if it isn’t safe to try get to blue lake
Wrong section... so no problem putting this here...
If your looking at this then make me a offer on my wife’s, full short block done by Mots Machining. He warranties his work for a year. Brand new case, crank, cylinders, and pistons...
Yup, that’s the part that blows me away the most. Follows the lines of the budget balancing itself I guess.
All this does is encourage and enable people to continue to buy homes they can’t afford.

Ill just leave this here. Haven’t reviewed the entire budget yet. This part makes me see red. Quite literally giving money away. Best part is they have no plan for the alleged ‘repayment.’ This encourages so many...
Merc63 and I are coming up Friday to ride Sat & Sun. Haven’t been to Mcbride in 2-3 years. Can’t wait to tear up the ol stomping grounds. Let it snow!!
