It would be a bit of work on the buds to get it to run properly. Voice coils and oil pump have to matched to the ECM. There are serial numbers on them that need to be entered. Also the stator has been getting stronger each year as well. I'm not sure if that would affect the performance if the...
Do the skid relocate as well to match the T3. SHR make a kit that does this. Includes new drop brackets for rear and template to drill hole in the tunnel for the front. I made my own and bought the drop brackets from doo. Worked really good. Sled handles a lot differently, I also have the T3...
Your free ride shocks will fit the S36 kit from doo. Buy the kit, sell the shocks that come with the kit and use the stock piggyback shocks. Some will say they're not the same length etc etc. Ran mine like this for a while and it was fine.
Screw type clamp wouldn't tighten enough before stripping out. I thought for sure they would be good enough but with all the vibration and bouncing down the trail it loosened up enough to start spraying fuel all over. I had to take it off on the hill and use ty wraps to hold the hose on.
Tore into mine tonight. Ring in the flywheel looks fine. There was some metallic shavings on the ring. Stator itself looks good but has a strong burnt electrical smell. Mmmm.
Ran some tests on it as per the manual. All checks out ok. I do have another stator and flywheel from another engine...
I am also running similar issues on my 13. it hasn't died on me yet. It started with over rev warning when coming down hill. Tach would read 4500 RPM all the way down. I did have the CEL come on once when I first started it up in the morning. I'll have to start digging into it. Can you check a...
sounds similar to what was happening over at SW. He would be able to hit 8000 RPM on the trail. Have the dealer check the regulator in the tank on the fuel pump.
There is a tab on the side of the air box by the secondary. The air box splits into two pieces. Push the tab and pull out the back half of box towards left side.
I started using one of these climbing slings to hook onto the ski. Stores in your pocket and saves your back. Can be had at any hippie mountain climbing store.
