not sure how critical it is, I usualy align the track so the rails are centered in the track windos.

haul mine 153 now 162 on a 7footer all the time............... and it doesn't matter weather it's a 146 or 174 the back edge of the deck is always gonna be at the same spot on the sled just bit more overhang.:beer:

Did u try starting it with out the PCV? just to see if it starts?

Don't forget to turn the clips if it's going on a DD, otherwise u may cause damage
