I love these threads... in the past 3-4 years i have gone from being way under prepared to having everything in my pack or sled that people have posted.
Just got the BFG KO2 and they are pretty darn good in the snow and ice... much improved over the first version. Prob helps that I went down one size (slightly skinnier).
I would try to get a hold of Ron that sells Legend Trailers, however he might be too busy. I've never even met him, but he helped me out with my aluminum enclosed when the hitch broke off and gave me tons of great advice. Great guy!
Same here, ran his kit on a 07 Skidoo 860 and it ran awesome all the time and got better gas mileage than stock! Would like to put his kit on my Pro...
Since i'll be keeping my 15 pro for another year due to the terrible used sled prices, i'd like to get a wrap... Nothing crazy and bright green but something to make my sled look a bit different than everyone else. Started looking this morning and the going rate for a full sled kit is around...
Looking for some advice and purchase, shocks, steering damper and possibly the longer front springs from Carli. I currently have there add a leafs in the rear, leveling kit in the front and adjustable Rancho shocks all around. I have heard nothing but good about HRT Offroad but every time i...
gdhillon, we have probably had a few days near -30 and 7-12 days of -20, so yes...
52weekbreak, yes in the outside panel of the fridge. We had one cold night with a wind and it blew the cold air in one vent and out the other and froze the refrigerant. The fridge would try to run but wouldn't...
I'm currently living in my fifth wheel while building a new house. Its not ideal but its really not that bad...and were a family of 4 but the kids are both under 3. Its has 4 slides, dual pane windows, 2 furnaces from the factory and enclosed belly. I skirted the trailer for the winter and...
I have a '12 deleted with the bully dog tuner and i agree the tunes arent that great...the trans seems to shift so slow sometimes and has a mind of its own. Usually run in tow, not looking for a major power upgrade.
Agree with everything you said, mine is also a petsafe. Make sure you ground the unit, the first one i had i didnt and a big hit of lightning in the subdivision killed it.
I have had one since my 5 year old lab was a pup. Works awesome. The key is to teach the dog where the line is so they know there space. We walked her around the exterior of our property for days to show her this is the limit.
Ric is right...Road force balance. F350 with 325 60 20 BFG's and Fuel wheels, once the tires were half worn it needed the roadforce balance to ride smooth.
I don't know about the other brands, but the powder coat on my older full lotus is terrible. Its flaking and pealing off... full lotus didn't seem to care. I assume the proper prep work wasn't done when it was coated. This summer i might dis-assemble and re-coat.
I'm running the bully dog delete tuner with a 4" dpf replacement pipe with small muffler just past the downpipe, factory rear section. I don't love the bully dog tunes, i think h and s had better.
Dont be sorry, feel free to add to the conversation. It all comes down to your dealership and the relationship you have with them. The local dealer near me has been really good, but i haven't taken my truck in since deleted... i do my own maintenance. Last time i was in for a failed DPF...
