General Coach Citation or Corsair 29BHS was very good. Last one built might have been 2007 or so. You might be able to find a nice one still.

i am old enough to remember most of the post. Another thing I do remember that has really improved over the years, is the amount of drinking on the hill. I'm not talking about a beer or two. There was a lot of drinking and riding in the old days and I'm sure glad to see most of that left to...
The very unfortunate reality is that about 15 sledders are killed in avalanches every year in Canada. The safety equipment (digital beacons, airbags) has really improved over the years but this is balanced off (from a risk perspective) with the capability of today's sleds. Sleds can carry...
Yes, happy birthday Mel (75 I think). An amazing person and rider. I remember when he used to burn a 45 gallon barrel of injection oil every year (and he didn't waste any).

2.5" track is better most of the time. Great pics and videos - they are getting better and better, especially the jumps and drops. Video just never seems to do justice to the steepness of the hills or the magnitude of the side hill.

I couldn't agree more. Every year, every release, it's always the same story .... best sled ever. No way would I pay $17k or more for a stock sled. That is $5 or $6k more than a new 2016. 40-50% increase in price REALLY! If people thought they lost serious money on their T3, just wait, this...
There is only a handful of guys that even rode the Ptec to it's potential. The group that got the most out of the T3 was even smaller. The 2017 will be better (new models usually are) but I bet most of us won't get any more out of this sled than we did with our last sled.

One year warranty is plenty. The worst thing that could happen is the motor would fail. The good news is that if this is a new motor, skidoo will offer a recall and replace them all anyway.
Great turnout today. Thanks to everyone who participated. We must have had more than 50 bikes out today. The trails were in great shape and the weather really cooperated.
The Calgary ATV Riders Association is hosting a Family Day Ride on Sunday February 14, 2016 at the Ghost Airstrip. This event is located within the Waiparous Valley with rides and routes geared toward a variety of rider experience levels (Novice on up). This is a great event and a chance to get...
I think you would be surprised what that trailer really weighs loaded up on a camping trip. Probably a lot closer to 6000lbs than 4000lbs. Arctic Fox is a great trailer/camper, but they are heavy.
