    Crowsnest Pass 2017/2018

I would suggest staging out of Castle Falls. From there you can easily access everything from York south.

    Liable for not wearing tether

I will start by saying this a crappy deal for the person injured and yes if his friend had been wearing his tether this could have been avoided, but what kind of friend sues another friend in a situation like this. I am sure there are details we are missing on what happened and how everything...

    Crowsnest Pass 2017/2018

They didn’t get the rain last week like the BC side did. And yes the West Castle and Carbondale areas are still open. We rode from the Carbondale staging area last Friday and the snow conditions were excellent!

    Crowsnest Pass 2017/2018

The conditions right now are great! If you plan to stay right in the pass I would ride from the York Creek staging area as you can access all the south area from it. There used to be a good area map online, but I can’t find it. Prephaps someone else has the link. The map they have up now is...

    Best mountain riding in Alberta?

Castle is very defiantly not shut down..... Yet! We have been out lots in the area this year and the snow is great! It hasn't seen some of the rain and freeze/thaw cycles that the BC side has.

    The New Family Sled!

Will be interesting to see how it does under extended load at low speeds. It should be good. My towing has consisted of towing kids on sleds and towing a dead sled (kitty cat). So no real load. Give us your feedback as someone who has spent more time on a utility sled.

    The New Family Sled!

Have logged some miles on the Titan now. Done some towing, 2 Up riding and a little off trail. The sled is comfortable and stable. It is no mountain sled in the steep and deep, but it will get around. The cooling system works great in low and tough snow conditions. Would definitely recommend...

    School me on tire chains

I have a 2018 GMC 2500 with factory 20” rims that I ran chains on the rears about a month ago. Don’t think there is clearance between tire and upper control to run chains on the front.

Fox float 3 evol or raptor shocks for axys pro rmk

Blowing out as in not handling big jumps or drops? Or seal failure? I'm not a jump guy, to fat to fly!

Fox float 3 evol or raptor shocks for axys pro rmk

What issues are they having? Granted I have not run a set for more than 3 yrs, but have not had an issue yet. The Exits I ran gave no issues as well, but were heavier and not as adjustable.

Fox float 3 evol or raptor shocks for axys pro rmk

If you are the kind of guy that is willing to take the time to understand how the shocks work and set them up properly (Skinz has a great on line video) the Fox Evol 3's are an extremely versatile shock and would be my first choice. You can make them do a multitude of things well and can easily...

How the F*ck Do You Get the Stock Tunnel Stiffeners Off

Use a grinder on the rivets inside the tunnel. Go slow and be careful. Good luck!

    The New Family Sled!

I liked the Voyager, but without a low gear and radiator found we were having issues keeping it cool in hard/low snow conditions. Also my kids are getting big enough that a 2 up seat will be a nice addition (think you can get a 2 up seat for the Voyager as well). Plus I just like the concept of...

    The New Family Sled!

I have done a little ridding around the farm with it (about 5km). A very smooth sit down ride. Steers nice and has very linear power. Will see how it handles a wooped out trail! Would not be a fun sled to get unstuck unless your use to riding yammi's!

    The New Family Sled!

Traded a 600 Indy Voyager for this beast! Wanted something that I could pull the kids on toboggans without over heating or smoking belts (or having to go 30mph). Also got it with the quick connect 2up seat. Hoping it will be a great all round sled! Will give more updates as we get more seat time.
