The numbers would be less right out the gate when comparing equal compressor sizes simply because your using hp to make boost. Conventional sc 2 strokes use a port timing system so the exhaust side is closed before it blows all the a/f mixture through and doesn’t use a case scavenge design...

Really their just half a turbo right? So by eliminating the extra weight, heat and space that a turbo pedestal and exhaust extras require I see this as a simple soloution to the keeping the power at elevation dilemma.

While I don’t know if I’ve really needed that extra 40hp having it if you did would be cool. Why not a crank driven supercharger though like the one they make for the phazer 4 stroke? Would save some weight that way. Obviously wouldn’t make as much power but it’s easy boost.

I can pick it up on my way through sat aft/evening.

When mine was stock it was still decent on fuel, except for when it was in regen of course. Best average over 100km empty I ever got was 9l/100 hand calculated on hwy 1 around brooks.
