This reminds me of my buddy having his mountain bikes stolen from his open garage while he was filling up his lawn mower with gas beside the house. Sad that we all have to be so vigilant.
These are the quick release clips we use. 3 for $16 on Amazon. Takes a small piece of 3/4" nylon strap and a bit of sewing to make them work really well with a normal D-ring helmet. They work much better than any others I've tried.
On a side note, I have beat the snot out of this case, stood on it, bounced it off trees, used it in -36 weather and it's only scratched. AAA rating on the Nanuk Cases from me!
This was my last setup. Aluminum frame for the BRP linq brackets that my case is bolted to, with a couple feet underneath it with rubber pads to make sure it sits flat and stable on the tunnel and so it only uses one set of mounts. The aluminum frame has a loop and a sleeve to lock the...
I'd add the 1994 Summits - first sled made specifically for the mountains (unless you consider the Yamaha Bravo Trapper) with a HUGE 1" lug, narrow ski stance, plastic skis, HAC.
3 - 163's fit easy in my 16' sidewall (+ v-nose) with lots of room at the front for luggage (beer). Don't think getting 174's in would be a problem. 2 in forward, and third backs in the middle between the first 2.
If I was being budget conscious, I would probably start with an enclosed that...
I had an '01 2500 with the 8.1 in it and an old Superchips programmer to remove the speed limiter. That truck was FUN! Gas stations loved me when I had that truck.
Just wondering if anyone is running a Tonneau cover in the summer and taking it off for the winter for a sled deck.
Curious what Tonneau cover you are using.
Yeah - there isn't much out there for what I'm after. The sales person I am dealing with said they are still building 2020's to finish up the orders from dealerships that were all slowed down. 2021's will be late arriving at the dealerships.
Seems that the incentives right now are poor...
Been a long time since I’ve bought a new vehicle, and seems that the dealers don’t bend nearly as much as they used to. Just curious what everyone is paying vs. Sticker price these days.
Having a tough time getting over the fact that the vehicle I’m considering is nearly as much as my...
I just used asphalt undercoating on mine. It finishes out in a rough surface and will fill the pin holes. Fades over time, but cheap and easy if you're not after an autobody quality finish.

Tell him it will cost $80 to find out :d. These aren't perfectly flat either, but at least there is some proper material there instead of louvered 16 ga Aluminum.
I am not sure if the width is different, but would definitely take some modifications since the Rev chassis had the brake up on...
