I ordered mine Jan 2, I sent an email Feb 1 asking how long for delivery, they said it could take up to 8 weeks because of the number of requests. If it takes longer than that they suggest to reorder.
Ordered 2 passes yesterday, we are just passing through on the way to random camping in BC though, and giving one to our son to use with his girlfriend for in the park, if they go. I have no desire to be in Jasper or Banff at anytime this summer.
I want to wish all my fellow quadders and their families a very Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year
All the best in 2017, with no fire or ATV bans.
We have the Pioneer 1000-5, awesome machine, although there is apparently 1 hiccup, the clutch. It did not fail but hubby knew something was not right with it, not engaging smoothly . We just got ours replaced on warranty, and so far the new one works great, apparently the last one was burned...
Get the Grizz, the most reliable besides the Honda out of all the other brands. We just sold our 2011 700 grizz with a blade and still got very good money for it, $6000, not bad , had 4400kms on it. We are buying the new Grizz in the spring. We have owned,Hondas, and can ams, sxs and quads, can...
Quads are great for exploring unknown territory, in case you come to some real muddy/skeg crap, can still make it through, with sxs will probably turn around because you know it will sink pretty good, which means less exploring possibilities, been there, done that. Can get disappointing . That...
There is nothing that that irks me more than to have to pay for wood, back in the day, campfire wood was free, sure crappy poplar but it was FREE and as much as you wanted. Now when we used to random camp we brought back deadfall that we did not burn home on the quad trailer, do this a few...
We have one, hubby loves it, came from a commander 1000, for what we use it for way better than the commander. Very comfortable ride for bench seats, should put in buckets, no tranny issues at all, last time out we hauled out new birch deadfall, still wet, filled the machine up, and headed back...
We were at Kinbasket Lake resort last year, not much for riding, old logging roads that were very short, was not worth the time, we were there for about 5 days, plenty time to explore, only found one good valley, and that was after 45 kms of riding on main road on west side of lake, dusty. Won't...
Try this again, we have had the Pioneer 1000 out now for a few weekends, absolutely love it, smoother ride than the Commander we had and we had a RZR 800 owner come ride on Sunday and he commented how smooth it was compared to his, he also like that it sits higher. Hubby rode in Turf Mode, aka 1...
We've had different years of this bike, the 660 was the only one we had that boiled gas, the 700's we have had and the one we still have never a problem, never had a problem with the rad either, but then again we don't do the mud bogging either, and we keep our bikes clean between rides. The 700...
