My experience with the Tesla Model 3

272 Kms and just under 3 hours according to Google Maps. Pretty good given the temperature I would say. Do you feel the Model 3 meets your expectations?

    Flame Sensor in house furnace!

It definitely is best just to treat as regular maintenance but is a fairly simple fix as described above. Both of my homes have two furnaces hopefully one keeps working in this weather :) Having said that, the sewage pump out float packed it in on Christmas Eve and the high level alarm float...

    All things Insurance

I just wanted to point out a couple of points for this discussion. There are brokers who find the best match of insurance company (or companies) to what you own and do. Plains Insurance is a broker. A number of insurance companies will only deal with a broker as the broker does a good part of...

My experience with the Tesla Model 3

Lots of different stuff to measure. Depending on the cost of electricity, it costs about 5 to 8 cents per mile depending on where you charge it according to https://www.solarreviews.com/blog/how-much-does-it-cost-to-charge-a-tesla-is-it-the-same-as-the-cost-to-charge-other-electric-vehicles...

This link might be useful. http://www.vintagesnow.com/Ski-Doo_files/1970-1971_skidoo_SM.pdf The 69 Olympic I recall was a 320. 1970 was a 335. The link shows many other variations

    What model is this?

It is a 1970 or later. The 69 Nordic was a 371 cc and was yellow on the lower half. We had one and ran the bag off it Mixture was 20 to 1 and that remained unchanged when changed to a 399.

    Portable generators

I bought a Boily 3600 inverter in 2012. It is quiet and suits my needs as I seldom use it except making coffee and toast in the morning when I am dry camping and during that hour that it runs, it tops off my house batteries. For whatever reason, it will not run my AC but that only has about 12...

Zero Turn Mowers With A Steering Wheel?

I switched to the Country Clipper in 2011. It is the 54" deck and the single joystick with (I think) a 24 HP motor. It has performed trouble free and I cut about three acres about 60% of which is ditch. The joystick takes a bit of practice to get used to but have no problem holding a straight...

My experience with the Tesla Model 3

Haha. Think about this. The meme (and we all know memes are the most accurate source of information) compares a high speed touring sedan and a super car killer with great range with and 77 HP Toyota Corolla? C'mon. You wouldn't compare your Alpha to a Lynx 2000 would you. Completely...

WOW - New vehicle sales down for 13th straight month in Canada

According to vehicle loyalty stats, Subaru is right near the top of the "definitely going to buy another." A friend buys them with high mileage and does the repairs - they have four of them (one for each kid plus his own). I think looking for a recent low miler is probably the best bang for...

Would Money Make You or Ruin You?

Happened on an interesting article below and got me thinking about how I might behave had I inherited a ton of money. My personal belief is that money and things have limited value and don't in themselves make you happy. A person can be happy with very little and others are miserable...
