Yes the fire is across the lake from the townsite. So far the only known loss is an old abandoned cabin. Fire looks a lot calmer now, starting to think we might avoid the evac this time.

The world must be wondering if they want Canada as an ally now, This makes it look like we are willing to pay terrorists ( homegrown ones at least ) to attack our allies soldiers. Why should the Canadian taxpayers be apologizing for something that another country did to begin with.

If you commit a crime in another country you deserve to be held accountable by their legal system. Even in the Canadian Injustice system you would get more than 8 years for murdering someone, never mind getting paid 10.5 million afterwards.

I agree completely. The Cranbrook Club will undoubtedly be raising their rates at least enough to cover the ten dollar increase that was voted in for the BCSF portion of the membership fees. I predict a 10% drop in memberships because of that, there are too many other areas to ride around here...

It's too late for deleting, they already have copies of them. Covering your a$$ by hiding/deleting any other vids on your personal electronics is probably a good idea before they subpoena them is maybe good. Hopefully it is a setup by a buddy and all for naught.
