I agree with most of what you are saying, I belong to two clubs even though I rarely ride in their managed areas.
One club has already left the BCSF as it is a small club that simply could not afford to stay, the other club is exactly as you described, they voted to pursue the PMP mainly...
It doesn't matter what they do, they still get overpaid. If the public actually was upset enough to do something about it the fastest way would be not just boycott the NFL but boycotting the sponsors. How long do you think it would take before the sponsors are no longer paying multi millions of...
Aren't you required to have a warning at the beginning so sensitive people don't see stuff like that.
I know, what is a sensitive person doing on snow and mud.
Love a good outcome to a story.
Like every other thread on here this one rapidly deteriorated into personal attacks and name calling/finger pointing. Go ahead and hop on, I have big shoulders.
Yes the fire is across the lake from the townsite. So far the only known loss is an old abandoned cabin. Fire looks a lot calmer now, starting to think we might avoid the evac this time.
If the winds keep up and they can't get a handle on it I expect to be on alert by midweek. Getting ready just in case, Ken only had a few hours to prepare.
I hope people take the ban (and the reason for it) to heart and leave the ORV's at home. Don't bring them to BC just because you can't use them there, the conditions here are even worse.
The world must be wondering if they want Canada as an ally now, This makes it look like we are willing to pay terrorists ( homegrown ones at least ) to attack our allies soldiers. Why should the Canadian taxpayers be apologizing for something that another country did to begin with.
If you commit a crime in another country you deserve to be held accountable by their legal system. Even in the Canadian Injustice system you would get more than 8 years for murdering someone, never mind getting paid 10.5 million afterwards.
I agree completely. The Cranbrook Club will undoubtedly be raising their rates at least enough to cover the ten dollar increase that was voted in for the BCSF portion of the membership fees. I predict a 10% drop in memberships because of that, there are too many other areas to ride around here...
Don't ever think something is too idiotic to happen.
Remember, Trump, Notley and Trudeau all got elected.
This needs a loud, very vocal response from the snowmobile community immediately.
If this idea sinks in it will not stop there, now that our province is going GREEN all motorized...
It's too late for deleting, they already have copies of them. Covering your a$$ by hiding/deleting any other vids on your personal electronics is probably a good idea before they subpoena them is maybe good. Hopefully it is a setup by a buddy and all for naught.
