i am lucky i live in bc for this reason 99 chevy k1500 4x4 z71 (last year of the 5.7L) it cost me around 150 a month fully covered, my 2002 gm z71 loaded 4x4 cost me 200 a month. lucky for us each year my insurance goes down for being a "safe driver" only goes so low but still it helps.

i myself have excersie enduced asthma and i dont find it too bad until i get stuck but i learned to take it easy move at a pace that doesnt exhaust you when stuck. if in doubt make sure you have a pop with you such as pepsi or coke, the high caffein content will stop and asthma attack in it...
