if it made sense no one would pay it lol.....

under 25 you pay, or if you disrupt coverage you pay like a new driver.

I have boat, sleds, quad, trailer and house all insured no claims ever but I dont have auto insurance because I have a company truck.

So I needed my own truck insurance this fall and for basic Liability on a $12000 truck it was like $1800,,, absolutely rediculous to me, I say I have never made a claim on anything but they dont take any of that into consideration.

it blows but there are no other options:rant:

there are other option, i.e. b.c. or sask. Just saying.

Hey i was wondering what other people are paying for insurance.

1998 F150 Reg Cab 2WD
Age: 19
DRV. Courses: None
Claims or Tickets: None
How many Years Insured: 2
Policy Type: PLPD
KM/yr: 20000
Price paid for Vehicle: $2000
Rate:$1525/yr

Reason for doing this is they want to add to my policy this year another $25 it seems like every year they want another $25 and i think it should be going down some as i know people who are 16 who pay less than me, for better vehicles.

This is BS. I have shopped around and everyone wants 1650-1800yr
Thats nothing I have a 2004 ford F150 ext cab 4wd paid $8000 for it. No tickets, didn't do the driving course just turned 16 and my insurance company wants $5300 a year thats with collision though. Maybe I should tell them I have been racing sprint cars since I was 5. Insurance companies suck.

i am lucky i live in bc for this reason
99 chevy k1500 4x4 z71 (last year of the 5.7L)

it cost me around 150 a month fully covered, my 2002 gm z71 loaded 4x4 cost me 200 a month.
lucky for us each year my insurance goes down for being a "safe driver" only goes so low but still it helps.

I'm paying almost $2700 a year.
-31 years old
-no demerits on license or claims
-AMA driver course
-Full coverage on Wife's 08 saturn
-liability on 92 Paseo
-liability w/theft and vandalism on 2000 Sierra 2500
-liability w/theft and vandalism 05 rev
-liability w/theft and vandalism 92 trail boss
-Theft on 2 place trailer.

I am with The Co-operators and have my house and life insurance with them too. (having all 3 policys with one company helps a bit, they give you claim forgiveness on first claim)

I'm under my dad's insurance(so i can burn purple fuel.....thanks tax payers) with myself listed as primary driver. My insurance is more than my dad's(2012 GMC 15004x4) and my moms(2003 F350 Diesel 4x4) put together.
