If someone was going to all the trouble of a custom turbo 120 why not look to other engine options? I Don't know a lot about them but a 125 or 250 Kart engine may work as I think they run a centrifugal clutch. A dirt bike engine may be also be an option, the hotsaw guys machine off the...
While you're at it you might as well ask about the best can for your sled..... :deadhorse: My suggestion, stick with what you know until you can try a friend's sled with something different.

Other than meticulously cleaning off the ramp before stowing it has anyone found a solution for this source of moisture. I really notice this in the warmer spring months

I didn't have any issues with my T3 last year even riding low or sometimes no snow up the trail to the mountains. I have the flap full length and the factory scratchers.
When you say can't handle trail riding at all what do you mean by this? Is it too many bars on the temp display or warning...

Thin mechanics, Motorfist or even motocross gloves for the ride up and in the trees etc. Heavier insulated gloves for the ride down in my pack and on the sled. The motocross gloves with silicone on the fingertips have amazing grip on the bars even when soaking wet and if you have a couple pairs...
