I was just wondering about the tips on the t3 skis. All the vids I have seen of the t3's, whether it is in bottomless pow or harder set up snow, look like they have those removable tips off of the skies. I guess I am just wondering from guys that have some experience on the t3 in different conditions, if it is worth trying those tips on in the pow, or if I should just remove them from the get go and leave them in the garage like the stabil links that go in the garbage from day one. I haven't made it out yet on my new 16 163 but hopefully will make it out in 10 days or so on the new ride.

i Put them on and leave them on!
Guys I ride with are 50/50. Some on some off
Personal choice.
Try them on half a day. stop for lunch and try them off in the same conditions.....

Just remember to not leave them on the hill.. bwhaaa!

I didn't see no big change with or without them on. I broke one coming of the sled deck and just took them off, too cheap to replace them.LOL

Didn't like them when off. but I think it might be one of those personal preference things.

I didn't pay a lot of attention to them last year until the last rides of the season when the snow was at its worst. When the snow had a thick crust the skis tips would climb up and then break through the crust when sidehilling, with the tips off they sort of cut through the crust and the ride was a lot smoother and easier to control.
