Filter won't give a very noticeable improvement.. May be a bit louder and that'll make it feel faster. Milage might change a little bit as it sucks more air easier.. Key is to keep those filters clean. They allow a lot of air thru b/c they don't filter much.

BC has been tight on emissions.. Vancouver area had some kind of program to test emissions on vehicles b4 insuring.. Been up to Chatter a couple times this season.. Had decent conditions both times we went up. As mentioned above - you can ride a decent size valley in behind the lodge that isn't used for skiing. Once the skiers are gone home it's fair game for sledders.

Run a set of Open Country MT's 35 x 12.5 x 20". I don't run a bunch of offroad either and get awesome life out of the tires.. Ran the last set to 73,000km's. Have to jump up to 37's to get the 13.5 though..

Run one on my T3 800. Sounds great, not too loud but adds a rumble to the exhaust as opposed to that high pitch squack. Cooks awesome.. Not careful and you'll burn lunch..
