Just posting some pics of these new AC switch guards. I got sick of bumping my hand warmers on and off when I'd lean my torso on the bars, and I was pretty happy to see these in the 16/17 accessory catalogue.
This is what it comes with. Two switch guards and a tube of super glue.

I've had this 2015 Triton Lowboy 22HD for almost a year now. It was Martins demo they had at the sled show last year. It has 13,500kms on it already, zero issues with it, not one. I've hauled 4 quads, 5 sleds, a couple cars, and my family camps in it. It gets washed every time it goes out...
I absolutely told them what happened. I was fully prepared to pay for them to put a new zipper on, as I wanted it to be as good as factory instead of getting it fixed locally. They surprised me when they said they would fix it and ship it back with no charge.
Just sent in my jacket to get the main zipper replaced. Jacket got pulled into a track tunnel while unloading from an enclosed, it fell off a hanger and nobody noticed. Totally not Klims fault. They are replacing the zipper for free and covering return shipping. they only asked that I pay...
I would just weld a small piece of tube to the end of your hook. Drop a bolt into the tube and gravity will hold the bolt in, while it keeps your ramp from going anywhere. I hope that makes sense.
Re: 20 FT Enclosed Trailer - Anyone hauling 4 Mountain sleds (2 x 162" & 2 x 153")
That's the ticket. I can get 3 153" and 2 162" in a 22' trailer without using the V at all. Just have to move those skinny tails around to make it fit.
Got the radios last Friday. Thanks Ray.
Played around with them a little at the lake this weekend. Got 6.3 kms out of the short antenna before it got scratchy. The long antenna reached from Mons Lake to Smoky Lake, 10.4 kms. Pretty impressed so far.
Not sure if I should run it in this side...
