I’ll try this one more time, lag is the time it takes the engine to create enough exhaust pressure to spin the turbo and pump compressed intake air into the engine! This setup won’t have any lag at 8000’ your sleds will. Like I said the sled uses a separate intake till the turbo is getting...
I’m not looking for an argument here. But the reason it doesn’t lag is because the engine doesn’t have to “suck” the air through the turbo at low rpms. It gets the air from a different intake at low rpms. Same reason a front mount kit has LESS lag than a rear mount kit. (Think back to the nytro...
It doesn’t work backwards, it just doesn’t build boost till it has too. It uses a Electronic controlled wastegaste. The reason it has no lag is it uses a short track bypass for low rpms.
Yeah they had a few guinea pigs several years ago... couple sponsored riders got to test them back then- they held up ok with proper care and keeping them out of certain rpm ranges for extended periods, but decided it was not ready for mass production yet.
E-Zmoke that rail was powder coated right? Don’t wanna flip back through all the pages, but if I remember you had it coated? Fellow I know personally had this done and the rail boomeranged 2km up the trail first time out. Apparently it was the heat that loosed the glue in the thing. I’ll see if...
Very nice. Was up at blue lake on the 22nd. Unreal deep aswell for sure over 4ft that accumulated over a few days. Didn’t get far from the cabin that day lol
